This week long workshop will explore the acting process in two parts. The morning session will review basic techniques; training the student to act as a truthful abandoned acting instrument as well as exercises to develop concentration through the foundation of the craft. Afternoon sessions will work on applying some of the basics to interpretation and character work by working on a monologue over the course of the week. Students will have several opportunities to work in the class.

  • Students must have prior experience: high school, college, or community theater;  or professional training or experience
